Yama
How we relate to others through ethical restraint and care.
The ACE PracticeAlign. Center. Elevate.Private yoga • Cincinnati Tri-State
Personal yoga, breathwork and meditation to help you align the body, center your awareness and meet life with greater ease.

Not just physical movement
The ACE Practice treats movement as one doorway into something larger: awareness. Every posture, transition and stretch is approached with breath and mindfulness so practice becomes a way to recognize the present moment—not another task to rush through.
Aaron draws from the eight limbs of yoga so students can develop more than flexibility. The intention is to cultivate steadiness, clearer choices and a growing awareness that can accompany you into daily life.
The eight limbs
A session may emphasize different limbs at different times, while movement, breath and awareness remain connected throughout.
How we relate to others through ethical restraint and care.
Personal observances that support an intentional inner life.
Posture and movement practiced with steadiness and attention.
Breath practices that influence energy, focus and ease.
Turning attention inward instead of being led by every stimulus.
Concentration: learning to place and sustain attention.
Meditation and the experience of continuous awareness.
Integration: a deeper state of clarity, connection and presence.

Meet your instructor
Aaron first came to yoga while living with back pain and discomfort, but he was equally drawn to the philosophy behind the physical practice. What began as a way to work with his body gradually expanded his awareness in everyday life and challenged him to become a more conscious person.
The scale of that transformation led him to teach. He believes helping another person discover greater peace, awareness and agency is a rare gift—and one worth sharing with care.
Known online as AceTV, Aaron brings an open, straightforward presence to his teaching. His goal is not performance or perfection. It is helping students find the tranquility of the now moment, then carry that steadiness into life’s challenges.
Thai yoga bodywork is listed as additional education and is not currently offered as a separate massage or bodywork service.

“The aim is not to escape life. It is to meet life with a steadier mind, a fuller breath and a clearer awareness.
